Each session is up to 60 minutes.
• CBT is a short term therapy and 12 weekly sessions are mostly recommended however the number of sessions will depend on one’s problems and what they want to work on.
• DBT may require up to 20 sessions initially.
• Please give 24 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment otherwise you will be charged for the full session.
• If you are booked in for a face to face appointment and cannot make it, you can have a telephone appointment during that time.
